Ten minutes of breath and warm-up, twenty-five minutes of flow, standing balance work, then a slow descent to the floor and eight minutes of savasana.
Water and something warm for the end. Everything else is here.
Anyone comfortable moving with the breath. New students are welcome — options are given throughout.
